Abstract

This study iams to determine the synergy of Islamic values in the modern management system in the governance of Islamic bank in South Sulawesi. The research method used is a literature study. The results of the study concluded tha. (1) the implementation of Islamic values in the governance of islamic banks in south sulawesi includes various aspects, ranging from the application of Islamic principles in products and services to the management of work ethics and customer relations (2) the integration of a modern management system in the governance of iIslamicbank in south Sulawesi involves the uses of technology, improving the quality of human resources and implementing good corporate governance principles. (3) the main challenges in integrating Islamic values and modern management system in the governance of Islamic bank in south Sulawesi include limited human resources, lack of public understanding, and regulations that not yet fully support.
