The Walisongo Ngabar Islamic Boarding School is an Islamic boarding school that grew and developed from waqf. The last few years have seen a tremendous increase in assets. This research aims to analyze the strategy carried out by the Walisongo Ngabar Islamic Boarding School to develop assets through productive waqf management. The method used is qualitative with the BMC (Business Model Canvas) approach. The results of the research state that 9 elements form BMC. The results of this research show that the strength of productive waqf development in Islamic boarding schools lies in the waqf nadzir's commitment to managing business units well and supervision carried out by stakeholders directly. Apart from that, the decision to build business units also contributes to the success of productive waqf development. in Islamic boarding schools, so the aspects that are favored are Value Proposition and revenue stream. Meanwhile, the shortcomings of waqf management and development lie in the key activities and customer relationship aspects. Islamic boarding schools need to increase waqf outreach activities to parties who have the potential to become wakifs as well as build good relationships by creating special groups that house wakifs.
