Abstract

Abstract
This study discusses the importance of family support and education in maintaining children's mental health amid social changes and the challenges of the digital era. This research employed a systematic literature review method to examine various empirical and theoretical findings related to children's mental health. The findings indicate that families play a primary role as the main source of psychological support, while schools serve as external support systems in identifying and addressing mental health issues at an early stage. Collaboration between home and school is considered an essential factor in creating a psychologically healthy environment for children’s growth and development. In addition, open communication, adaptive parenting practices, school-based interventions, and community involvement have been shown to reduce the risk of mental health disorders in children. This study emphasizes the importance of cross-sector collaboration and sustainable policies that support psychosocial assistance and capacity building for both families and educators to protect children from psychosocial pressures and the negative impacts of social development.
