Abstract

This study aims to find out: how is the Learning of Statistics for students at the Department of Islamic Religious Education, Faculty of Tarbiyah IAIRM Ngabar, how is the learning of Research Methodology for students at the Department of Islamic Religious Education, Faculty of Tarbiyah IAIRM Ngabar, is there a significant correlation between learning Statistics and Learning Research Methodology for students in the Department of Islamic Religious Education, Faculty of Tarbiyah, IAIRM Ngabar, is there a significant influence between the learning of Statistics for students in understanding the Research Methodology Course in the Department of Islamic Religious Education, Faculty of Tarbiyah, IAIRM Ngabar. The research design used was correlational research with two variables, namely Statistics Learning and Research Methodology Learning. The population of this study were students of the Department of Islamic Religious Education, Tarbiyah Faculty, IAIRM Ngabar, and the sample was 20% of the population size. The instruments used were documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques, namely descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The research results obtained a significance of 0.119 > 0.05, then H0 is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is no significant correlation between Statistics Learning and Research Methodology. Then the value of t count < t table (1.604 < 2.042) is obtained, then H0 is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is no significant effect of Statistics Learning for students in understanding Research Methodology in the Department of Islamic Religious Education, Tarbiyah Faculty, IAIRM Ngabar.
