Abstract

This article aims to describe and explain the importance of applying Achievement Motivation Training in education. Seeing the very complex problems faced by students at this time, an educator should always try to monitor what problems are faced by students. However, sometimes to do this is limited by space and time. For this reason, educators are also required to carry out creative learning so that student learning achievement remains good and increases continuously. The choice of the theme regarding motivation is motivated by the reason that the world of education is still faced with the low learning achievement of students. In the world of education, the achievement motivation of students is one of the elements that can determine the success or failure of a learning process. One of the problems faced by students is when they decide to study while working. In this case, of course, their responsibilities will increase because of the need to study and work. At the level of reality, in the world of education, of course, there are a number of education practitioners. Those who occupy the forefront are educators. Here educators should not only rely on their main task of teaching alone, but what is no less important is how to foster achievement motivation in students. With the Achievement Motivation Training through existing programs on campus or school, it is hoped that student learning achievement can increase.
