Mewujudkan Lembaga Pendidikan Ramah Anak Menuju Generasi Emas Indonesia Abad 21
Abstract
The aim of this research is to explore how to create child-friendly educational institutions towards the golden generation of Indonesia in the 21st century. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method using a library approach. The instruments used are various literature as data sources, such as books, journals, notes, and reports of previous research results. Data analysis in this research uses content analysis techniques. The results of this research describe in detail the definitive study of child-friendly schools, explaining the philosophy, basic principles, and main components of child-friendly schools; the role of teachers and school staff, as well as the involvement of parents and child-friendly school communities; evaluation and continuous improvement; and ways to create child-friendly schools, as well as implementing child-friendly school programs.
