Abstract
Islamic counseling guidance cannot beseparated from the challenges
faced by humans. This is because each individual has different abilities in
solving the problems they face. Therefore, direction and guidance are needed
that can help individuals understand their situation well. This study aims to: 1)
To find out the Implementation of Islamic Counseling Guidance for Employees
in the management of Laundry Business at the Wali Songo Ngabar Islamic
Boarding School, 2) To find out the Impact of Islamic Counseling Guidance on
Employees in the Management of Laundry Business at the Wali Songo Ngabar
Islamic Boarding School.
The research method uses qualitative methods. The primary data source
in this study is the manager and employee of Ngabar Laundry at the Wali Songo
Ngabar Islamic Boarding School, for the secondary data source the researcher
obtained data from books, journals, or research results previously conducted by
other researchers relevant to this study. The data collection technique uses
interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, to analyze
the data and test the validity of the data obtained using data reduction, data
presentation, and verification (drawing conclusions).
The results of this study revealed that: 1) The implementati on of Islamic
Counseling Guidance in Ngabar Laundry uses group and individual guidance
methods. In the group counseling guidance method, Ngabar Laundry uses the
concept of routine recitation and evaluation meetings. Islamic counseling
guidance at Ngabar Laundry also uses the individual counseling guidance
method, which is carried out at the Ngabar Laundry Production office. 2) The
impact of Islamic Counseling Guidance on Employees in Laundry Business
Management at the Wali Songo Ngabar Islamic Boarding School is an increase
in better religious knowledge, an increase in morals and work ethics, and an
increase in work.
